Account & Security
3.1 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3.2 OTP Authentication
We use OTP-based authentication. You must keep your registered email secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3.3 Firm Administration
Firm administrators have additional responsibilities for managing team access, join codes, and ensuring compliance with these terms by their team members.

Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload our infrastructure
- Share join codes or access with unauthorized parties
- Use automated systems to access the Service beyond normal usage
- Submit malicious files or content to the AI Audit Scan feature
AI/OCR Disclaimer
Important limitations of our AI Audit Scan feature:
The AI Audit Scan feature uses OCR technology to assist with document review. It is an aid to professional judgment, not a replacement for it. You remain solely responsible for all professional decisions, compliance filings, and audit conclusions.

Termination
7.1 Your Right to Stop
You may stop using CA PRO Toolkit at any time by uninstalling the extension and requesting account deletion.

Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
CA PRO Toolkit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to professional liability, financial losses, or data issues.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service in the past 12 months, or $100 if you haven't paid anything.
